ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. A valid identification is required to redeem all purchased day pass admissions. The name on the identification must match the name on the purchased redemption receipt. If you will not be in attendance at the time of redemption please make proper arrangements with the hotel staff in advance. Zehnder's Splash Village Hotel & Waterpark at 1365 South Main Street, Frankenmuth, MI 48734, (800) 863-7999. The confirmation email includes a “PRINT VOUCHER” button that allows customers to conveniently print off their voucher(s). All vouchers are required for admission. The vouchers are not transferable or replaceable and are not redeemable for cash. Every guest must have a valid waterpark pass to enter the waterpark.
